By ticking the box “I give consent to the processing of personal data” in the form on the website and submitting a request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.
1. Who I give consent to
Sole proprietor Denys Savvov (Georgia, identification number 322785134, address: No. 7, 7th Street, Varkhani village, Adigeni district, Georgia), who provides services under the name SAVVOV. Email: savvov.design@gmail.com.
2. What data
- name;
- email address or Telegram username, depending on the chosen contact method;
- for a website structure request: a description of the business, the website's goal, client sources and, if I provided them, a link to a website or social media and the average order value;
- the selected service, page address and language, date and time the request was sent.
3. Purpose
To reply to my request, discuss the task, prepare a commercial proposal or website structure and, if I wish, conclude a contract. My data is not used for marketing emails.
4. What is done with the data
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to the services in section 5, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be carried out with or without the use of computers.
5. Transfer of data
The request is stored on the RedNET hosting server in Tbilisi (Georgia), and copies are sent to the studio's Gmail mailbox, to the studio's request spreadsheet in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) and to the studio's Telegram. The reply comes through the channel I chose: email or Telegram. Therefore processing may take place outside the country where I live. If I request a free structure, my form answers about my business (without my name or contacts) are passed to the Claude API service of Anthropic PBC (USA) to write a draft, which a studio specialist reviews. The list of services and storage countries is in section 5 of the Privacy policy. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
6. Term and how to withdraw
The consent is valid for 1 year from my last contact with the studio or until it is withdrawn. If we conclude a contract, the data needed to perform it is processed on the basis of the contract.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time: by email to savvov.design@gmail.com or by a message on Telegram. Data is deleted within 10 working days at the latest, except for data the contractor is required by law to keep. Withdrawing consent does not make processing carried out before it unlawful.
