We need your name and contact to reply: the form cannot be sent without them. Fields marked “optional” can be left blank. If you don't want to use the form, write to us directly on Telegram or by email.

What we don't do

4. Cookies and analytics

The website currently uses no cookies, web analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts, images and video load from our own server, so opening a page does not make your browser contact Google, Meta or Yandex.

The hosting server, like any web server, may technically log the IP address, request time and browser type. This is needed to run and protect the website. The website is hosted by the Georgian hosting provider RedNET (rednet.ge) on a server in Tbilisi, Georgia. Server logs are kept for retention period to be confirmed with the provider.

If we add analytics, the website will first ask your permission: “Accept” or “Necessary only”. Counters don't load until you choose. You can change your choice via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the home page. Before adding analytics we will update this section with the service, the data involved and the storage country.

5. Who receives the data

Only studio members who prepare the reply and work on your project see the data. The services the data passes through:

ServiceWhen it's involvedWhere it processes data

Your name, email and Telegram username are not passed. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models and deletes it within 30 days, unless the law or a check for violations of the service rules requires keeping it longer USA
Instagram (Meta Platforms) You write to us on Instagram The USA and other countries
Receiving form requests Submitting the form on the website Georgia, Tbilisi — RedNET server. The request and the structure prepared for it (PDF) are kept for 1 year and then deleted automatically. The email with the structure is sent from the same server. To protect against spam, an anonymized IP fingerprint is kept for 10 minutes.

If you follow a link from our website to Behance, Instagram, Telegram or our clients' websites, those websites' rules apply.

We may also share data with public authorities, but only if the law requires it.

6. Transfers of data abroad

We are based in Georgia, and the website is hosted on a server in Georgia. If you write to us from another country, your data is transferred abroad by that fact alone. The communication services in section 5 store data in other countries, including the USA. Such transfers are governed by Art. 37 of the Law of Georgia and Art. 29 of the Law of Ukraine.

The level of data protection in your country may differ from that of the country where a particular service operates. That is why you choose the communication channel each time. If you don't want your data to pass through a particular service, choose another one or agree with us on a different way.

7. Retention periods

8. Your rights

9. How we protect data

Only studio members working on your request have access to requests and correspondence. We do not publish contact details from requests. If a breach occurs that could harm you, we will notify the supervisory authority and you within the time limits set by law.

Our services are intended for adults acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business. If you are under 18, please do not submit a request.

10. Policy changes

If we start processing data differently — for example, connect form requests or analytics — we will first update this page and the version date at the top. The new rules will apply to data received after the change.

The text of the consent you give in the form: Consent to the processing of personal data.
