Public offer

Version of 21 October 2026

This is an offer to conclude an agreement for the services of SAVVOV studio on the terms below. If we sign a separate contract with you, its terms apply, and the offer applies to anything the contract does not cover.

01. Parties and terms

1.1. Contractor — sole proprietor Denys Savvov, registered in Georgia and providing services under the name SAVVOV. Details are in section 12.

1.2. Client — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the offer.

1.3. Proposal — the commercial proposal (estimate) the Contractor sends the Client by email or messenger. It sets out the scope of work, stages, timelines and price of a specific project. An accepted proposal is an integral part of the agreement.

02. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides design and development services, and the Client accepts and pays for them:

2.2. Front-end development is included if the proposal says so. You can order design only: in that case the Contractor hands over the layouts and UI kit.

2.3. The free website structure is prepared without payment and does not oblige the Client to anything.

03. Acceptance of the offer

3.1. Acceptance of the offer is payment of the advance under an agreed proposal. From that moment the agreement is concluded on the terms of the offer and the proposal.

3.2. A request on the website, correspondence and project discussions are not acceptance and do not oblige either party to anything.

04. Price and payment

4.1. “From” prices on the website are a guide. The final project price is stated in the proposal and does not change after acceptance without the Client's consent.

4.2. The standard payment scheme is a 50% advance before work starts and 50% after completion and acceptance, no later than 3 banking days after acceptance. For long projects payment is split into stages according to the schedule in the proposal.

4.3. For Clients resident in Georgia the price is set and paid in Georgian lari. For non-residents — in US dollars or another currency agreed in the proposal.

4.4. The Contractor is not a VAT payer: no tax is added to the price.

4.5. Work on weekends, at night or on a tight deadline is paid on terms the parties agree before the project starts.

05. Work process and acceptance

5.1. Work follows the stages in the proposal: for example, briefing, research, prototype, design, responsive layouts and front-end — depending on the service.

5.2. The Contractor shows the first concept 1–2 days after the start and receipt of materials from the Client.

5.3. Revisions are included in the price and agreed stage by stage — on the prototype, the concept and the final layout. Revisions after final approval are paid separately, at the revision package rate.

5.4. A stage is considered accepted when the Client has confirmed its result in writing (in the chat or by email).

5.5. If the Client delays materials, replies or payment, deadlines shift by the length of the delay.

06. Obligations of the parties

The Client undertakes to

6.1. The Client guarantees that they hold the rights to the materials provided and to their use in the project.

07. Intellectual property

7.1. Exclusive rights to the final layouts, code and logo pass to the Client after full payment. Until then the results of the work may not be used.

7.2. Concepts and options the Client did not choose remain with the Contractor.

7.3. Third-party fonts, photos and icons are used under their licenses. Paid licenses are purchased by the Client or at the Client's expense, as agreed.

7.4. The Contractor may show the project in its portfolio — on its website, Behance and social media — unless the parties agree otherwise. The Client's confidential information is not disclosed.

08. Limitation of liability

8.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of obligations in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

8.2. The Contractor is not liable for:

09. Termination

9.1. The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by paying for the work actually done by that moment, at the stage prices in the proposal.

9.2. If the Client is a consumer (an individual ordering services for personal needs), they have rights under the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection”, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. If work was started at the Client's request before this period ends, the completed part is paid for.

10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by circumstances that could not be foreseen or prevented: hostilities, natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of public authorities. Deadlines shift for the duration of such circumstances.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.

11.2. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the courts of Georgia. This does not deprive a consumer of rights granted by law.

11.3. The Contractor may change the offer by publishing a new version on the website. Agreements concluded earlier remain in the version in force at the time of acceptance.

11.4. The offer is published in Russian, English, Ukrainian and Georgian. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

11.5. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
